Gwenda's Mango Salad

Gwenda's Mango Salad
Ingredients
- 1/2 1/2lettuce
- 1 1mangomangoes
- 1 1avocadoavocados
- 1/8 1/8red onionred onions
- 1/2 cup 1/2cupwalnutwalnuts
- 5 5bacon rashers
- 1/4 cup 1/4cupolive oil
- 1/2 1/2lemonlemons
- 1 tsp 1tspfrench mustard
- 2 tsp 2tspevaporated milk
Preparation
1. Cut bacon into small pieces and fry, drain on paper towel. 2. Tear up lettuce, slice up mango and avacado and small amount of red onion. 3. Add in walnuts and bacon pieces. 4. For dressing, whisk together olive oil, lemon french mustard and evaporated milk and drizzle over top. This amount serves 2.
