Do You Enjoy a Hearty Lasagne but also want something easy to prepare? I have served this several times to friends and family, and my friends enjoyed it so much, even the husbands were asking for the recipe! Also, any leftovers freeze well for a warm, filling, easy meal on a cold day.

  • 1/2 Cup 1/2CupParmesan cheese
  • 12 12Catelli express oven ready lasagna noodles

  • 2 lb 2lbmozzarella cheese

Preparation

In a large pan, brown beef until no longer pink. Drain grease. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, oregano and basil. Mix well. Simmer for 20minutes. Use a splatter screen and stir often. Lay 3 noodles length wise across and then break off one more for at the top of the pan width wise. Make THREE layers each of: Noodles, Sauce, Mozzerella Cheese, Dry Curd Cheese and Parmesean mixture. Over the last layer of dry curd cottage cheese and parmesean, put 1 1/2 cups meat sauce. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup parmesean Bake for 45minutes. Remove from oven and let it sit about 15mins. Serve with Ceasar Salad and Dinner Buns
