Hot Ground Beef Stir-Fry!

This mid-week recipe is great for the entire family, kids will especially love the flavours!

  • 1/2 lb 1/2lbsugar snap peasugar snap peas
  • 8 oz 8ozmushroommushrooms
  • 1 lb 1lblean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup 1/4cupunsalted butter
  • 1 tsp 1tspred hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tspred chili flakes
  • 1 tsp 1tspsalt
  • 1/4 cup 1/4cuphoney
  • 1 tsp 1tspolive oil
  • 1/2 cup 1/2cupketchup
  • 1 whole 1wholeRoma tomatoRoma tomatoes
  • 1 whole 1wholegrated carrot
  • 4 oz 4ozgrated romano cheese

Fry Ground Beef with salt in Olive Oil until browned, then drain, place in bowl. Saute chopped green onions with red chili flakes until tender in some of the butter. Add chopped Roma Tomato, Ketchup, Honey, chopped mushrooms, chopped red pepper and Hot Sauce, adding the browned Beef.Fry in pan until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Add the Snap Peas and grated Carrot and toss for 2 minutes until thoroughly mixed. Serve over Fusili/Penne Pasta, add grated Romano to taste!
