this is a great party snack. My son asks me to make it whenever he is having people over I am a very popular mom when I bring it out.

Ingredients

  • 1 250 oz cream cheese 1 250 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa 1 cup salsa
  • 1 med green pepper , chopped1 med green pepper, chopped
  • 1 med tomato , chopped1 med tomato, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions , chopped1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup medium Cheddar cheese , shredded1/2 cup medium Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese , shredded1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Preparation

Mix softened cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth. Spread into glass pie plate. Spoon salsa over top of cr. cheese and sour cream. Layer with chopped vegetables. Now cover with shredded cheeses. Place pie plate in oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until middle is hot. Serve with taco chips.
