Delicious for a get together or just cause you love pasta!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 finely chopped onions
  • 1 finely chopped carrot
  • 1 chopped red pepper
  • 2 lb lean ground beef
  • 4 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 -2 cans mushrooms, or 2-1/2 cups of fresh mushrooms
  • 2 -3 chopped or sliced eggs
  • 1 bar (600 g) mozzarella cheese
  • 1 box lasagna noodles
  • 1 can (28 oz 796 ml) ground tomatoes
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp each of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Fry canola oil with onions, carrots and peppers Once the onion is transparent, add the ground beef. Once the meat is ALMOST cooked (still some juice), add the garlic. Later add mushrooms, then add tomato can (3/4) Add spices : oregano, salt, pepper, spice preferred, let cook for 30 minutes, KEEP LID ON! BOIL PASTA meanwhile, do not overcook! Final prep: Put sauce at the bottom of pan, add pasta layer. Add sauce ->eggs->parmasaen cheese->mozzarella, then begin next layer of pasta etc. Finally cover with foil paper and cook for approximately 30 minutes.
