Maple soy salmon

Impressive last minute dinner.

  • 1/4 cup 1/4cupmaple syrup
  • 2 tbsp 2tbspsoya sauce
  • 1 1garlic clovegarlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp 1tbspginger
  • 1/8 tsp 1/8tspground pepper
  • 1 pound 1poundsalmon filletsalmon fillets

Using a shallow glass bowl, coat with marinade and put in the fridge for atleast 30minutes, turning once. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake salmon uncovered for under 15 minutes or until salmon flesh is opaque.
