It's a twist on a recipe a friend made for me once.... It's best served about 3-5 minutes after they come out of the oven. Something easy to make ahead and have for a crowd, or just a midnight snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 10-inch flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded marbled cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp fajita seasoning or taco seasoning
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped jalapeño peppers

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450F. Mix cream cheese, spices and jalapenos together. Spread mixture on two tortillas, spreading thinly right to the edges. Sprinkle the marble cheddar cheese over the tortillas. Roll up tortillas into a log roll. Slice tortillas into pinwheels. Place pinwheels, seam side down on parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in oven for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Let cool for 3-5 minutes and then serve hot.
