Mom's Best Marinated Grilled Pork Loin Roast

This recipe never fails and consistently draws rave reviews. Excellent served with garlic, herbed roasted potatoes, or garlic mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 5 lb pork loin roasts , boned5 lb pork loin roasts, boned
  • 1/2 cup sodium-reduced soy sauce 1/2 cup sodium-reduced soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup dry sherry 1/2 cup dry sherry
  • 3 cloves garlic , minced3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp dry mustard 1 tbsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger 1 tsp freshly grated ginger or dried ginger
  • 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary , (crushed in your hands)1 tsp dried rosemary, (crushed in your hands)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a plastic bag and mix well. Add the pork to the bag. Marinate 2-3 hours or over night. Remove the pork from the bag and place on a pre-heated medium-high grill. Roast approximately 10 minutes per side, adding the marinade from the bag to baste. Serve with hot mustard.
