This recipe is wonderful and easy to prepare with leftover turkey from Thangiving or Xmas. My family just loves it.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz broad noodles 6 oz broad noodles
  • 1-1/2 cups onions , chopped1-1/2 cups onions, chopped
  • 2 cups celery , chopped2 cups celery, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cups cooked turkey , packed down4 cups cooked turkey, packed down
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can mushrooms 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 tsp salt 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Cook noodles according to the package directions, and drain well. Put onions, celery and butter in the frying pan and saute until limp. Put everything into a casserol dish and mix well. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes until bubbly hot.
