My Macaroni Goulash

A recipe I created for my daughter's Grade 12 Home Economics Class. She needed to take in a recipe to cook and thought she would take one that she liked to eat. I make it quite often and it is loved by all .

Preheat oven to 375 F. Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain. Set aside. Fry ground beef in large skillet until no longer pink. Drain off any fat. To it, add the chopped onions, green pepper and garlic and cook until tender crisp. Remove from heat. Add the beef mixture and the remaining ingredients (except the cheeses), to the macaroni and mix well. Put into a large casserole dish and top with the grated cheeses. Bake with the cover off for approximately 20 - 30 minutes or until the casserole is hot and the cheese is melted and starting to brown.
