No-Bake Apricot Coconut Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 6 oz. packages dried apricots 2 6 oz. packages dried apricots
  • 5-1/2 cups dessicated coconut 5-1/2 cups dessicated coconut
  • 2 cans Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk 2 cans Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed milk
  • 1 cup sifted icing sugar 1 cup sifted icing sugar

Preparation

Grind apricots in food processor. In a large bowl, combine apricots and coconut. Blend well. Stir in sweetened condensed milk. Shape into small balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Let stand at room temperature for a few hours until firm. Then roll in icing sugar.
