Ingredients
- 1 medium sized pot roast 1 1medium sized medium sizedpot roast
- 1 medium sized turnip 1 1medium sized turnipturnips
- 4 big carrots 4 4big carrotcarrots
- 5 medium sized potatoes 5 5medium sized potatopotatoes
- 1 package onion soup mix 1 1package packageonion soup mix
- 1 cup water 1 1cup cupwater
- 1 small head green cabbage 1 1small head green cabbage
Preparation
1 med. sized pot roast 1 pkg of onion soup mix 4 carotts cut into 3-4" lengths 1 small turnip cut into 1/2" slices then quartered 5 med sized potates washed and cut in half 1 small head of cabbage(green) 1 Cup of water Layer all ingredients in slow cooker as listed above.turn slow cooker onto high and cook for 6hours. Then turn to low until ready to eat. When the meal is ready there is no clean up except for table dishes and crock pot.
Layer all ingredients into sloww cooker in the order listed.Turn slow cooker onto high-cook for 6 hours.Then turn down to medium heat until ready to serve. Go about your day..and voila. Supper is ready when you are. No pots to clean (except crock pot) and supper is tastey,healthy and ready. Note: Do not lift lid while cooking.
