Ingredients

Preparation

Roasted Pork with Apple/Honey Sauce Mix marinade ingredients together. Place pork tenderloins in shallot glass pan, pour marinade over pork and cover. Let marinade in fridge for several hours. Bake in the marinade, uncovered, at 350 for 40-50 minutes. Once done, remove meat from pan, cover and keep warm. Pour marinade into pot and bring to boil. Mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 1/4 cold water, add to marinade, and heat till sauce is thick. If too thick, thin with apple juice. Slice pork tenderloin on angle and serve with apple honey sauce, mashed potatoes (or rice), steamed fresh asparagus and baby carrots.
