Featuring poached salmon, this delightful spread/dip is a snack that everyone loves and devours. I have used a little garlic, hot sauce and horseradish for a little zip and zing . Chill for eight hours or overnight to let the flavors meld together (the longer the better).

Ingredients

Preparation

1. In a medium saucepan of simmering water, poach the salmon filets 10 minutes, or until flaky and tender. 2. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, salt, hot pepper sauce, lemon juice and Horseradish. 3. Flake salmon into the mixture. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours, or overnight, before serving. You can use this either as a dip or spread, for crackers or sandwiches whichever you like. Enjoy!
