Ingredients

  • 1 lb 1lbchicken breastchicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 tsp 1tspgarlic powder
  • 1 can (284 mL) 1can (284 mL)condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1-1/2 cups 1-1/2cupsMinute Rice, uncooked
  • 1 can (284 mL) 1can (284 mL)milk
  • 2 cups 2cupschopped fresh broccoli
  • 1 cup 1cupshredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

SPRAY nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cover. Cook 5 min. or until cooked through. Sprinkle with garlic powder. ADD soup and milk. Bring to boil. Stir in rice and broccoli; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min. or until rice is tender. STIR in 1/2 cup of the cheese; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
