Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts , cut into strips1 lb chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 can (284 mL) condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 can (284 mL) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1-1/2 cups Minute Rice , uncooked1-1/2 cups Minute rice, uncooked
  • 1 can (284 mL) milk 1 can (284 mL) milk
  • 2 cups chopped fresh broccoli 2 cups chopped fresh broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

SPRAY nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cover. Cook 5 min. or until cooked through. Sprinkle with garlic powder. ADD soup and milk. Bring to boil. Stir in rice and broccoli; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min. or until rice is tender. STIR in 1/2 cup of the cheese; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
