Sweet and Savoury Sausage and Cabbge Casserole

This in one of my favourite "go to" recipes when I'm done in by shopping, gardening or if I just don't want to cook that night. It's fast, tasty, and filling! Substituting with Splenda brown sugar makes this very appealing to diabetics or those watching their waist-lines.
Servings: 4
Ingredients:

1 bag coleslaw mix
1 large White onion, finely sliced
2 Tbsp brown sugar, or splenda brown sugar
3 Tbsp Canola oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Freshly ground pepper
4-6 links fully cooked sausages, thawed
1/3 tsp caraway seeds (optional)
