Tasty Chicken Broccoli Casserole

I got the recipe for this dish from one of my roommates during second-year university. I never thought that broccoli could taste so good mixed with chicken and cheese!

  • 2 bunches 2bunchesbroccoli, fresh
  • 2 cups 2cupschicken pieces, boneless-skinless
  • 3/4 tsp 3/4tspcurry powder
  • 1 tbsp 1tbsplemon juice
  • 1 cup 1cupmayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup 1/2cupgrated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup 1/2cupgrated marble cheese
  • 2 tbsp 2tbspbuttered bread crumbs
  • 1 can 1cancream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can 1cancream of chicken soup

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2) Cook and drain broccoli. Place in casserole dish 3) Cook chicken thoroughly in frying pan, with NO spices added. Cover broccoli in casserole dish with chicken 4) Combine soups, mayonnaise, curry and lemon juice in another bowl off to the side. Pour over ingredients in casserole dish 5) Put in oven and cook for 30 minutes. Serve hot with beans or salad (or another green vegetable)
