This is the most delicious pork tenderloin recipe I have made. I found it in my great grandmother's recipe box and often make it for Sunday dinner. Everyone raves!
Preparation
1. Place flour, salt, pepper and tenderloins in a plastic bag , seal and shake to coat the tenderloins. 2. Heat the olive oil and butter in a frying pan on medium heat and brown the tenderloins. Remove and place in a roasting pan. 3. Add carrots, mushrooms, onion, Worcestershire sauce and celery salt to the juice in the frying pan, stirring just long enough to thoroughly mix the ingredients. 4.Pour the carrot mixture over the meat. Cover and roast for 1 1/4 hours at 325 degrees. 5. To serve, I remove the tenderloins and carve in 3/4 inch angular slices, place on an oval meat platter and surround with the vegetable mixture.
