Tilapia and parsley

I like cooking delicate fish in the oven and this is the simplest and most tasty way of doing it.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces tilapia fillets 4 pieces tilapia fillets
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley , coarsely chopped1/4 cup fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 lemon , squeezed for juice1/2 lemon, squeezed for juice
  • 1 dollop olive oil 1 dollop olive oil

Preparation

Cover a baking dish with parchment paper. Spray lightly with oil spray. Place tilapia pieces on pan. Add pinch of salt and pepper directly on filets. Separately combine lemon juice, parsley and oil. With brush, baste the tops of the fish. Bake in 450 oven for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish. Serve with lemon wedges.
