This makes a hearty quick and easy supper for a cold winter night!
Ingredients
- 1 chopped onion 1 1chopped onion
- 2 stalks celery 2 2stalks stalkscelery
- 1-1/4 lb ground beef 1-1/4 1-1/4lb lbground beef
- 1 10 oz. can tomato soup 1 110 oz. can 10 oz. cantomato soup
- 1 tsp salt 1 1tsp tspsalt
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 1tbsp tbspWorcestershire sauce
- 1 12 oz. package frozen peas 1 112 oz. package 12 oz. packagefrozen peas
- 1 12 oz. package frozen corn 1 112 oz. package 12 oz. packagefrozen corn
- 1 package tea , biscuit1 1package packagetea, biscuit
Preparation
In large fry pan saute onions,celery and hamburg; add remaining ingredients. Keep warm while making biscuit topping.
Using Tea Bisk - roll out to 3/4" thick. Cut into 2 1/2" biscuits. Pour meat mixture into an 11-cup casserole and top with biscuits. Bake at 425 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
