Tuna Broccoli Casserole

  • 1-1/2 cups 1-1/2cupsgrated Cheddar cheese
  • 2-1/2 cups 2-1/2cupspenne pasta
  • 1 can 1canmushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup 1/4cupminced onion
  • 1 cup 1cupfresh mushroomfresh mushrooms
  • 1 head 1headfresh broccoli
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2tspcoarsely ground pepper
  • 3/4 cup 3/4cupmilk
  • 2 cans 2canswhite tuna

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook penne pasta as per instructions. Meanwhile, saute the mushrooms and onions. Chop head of broccoli into bit size pieces. Blend can of mushroom soup and milk together. Mix pasta, broccoli, tuna, mushrooms, onions and milk and soup mixture all together in a casserole dish. Blend in half the grated cheddar cheese and the pepper. Top off with the remaining grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
