This is a great last-minute supper. Add a tossed green salad, fruit or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 large cans of 2large cans oftuna
  • 4 4eggeggs
  • 1/2 cup 1/2cupbread crumbs
  • 1 1large oniononions
  • 2 2garlic clovegarlic cloves
  • 1 tsp 1tspsalt
  • 1 tsp 1tspparsley
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tsppepper
  • 4 small 4smalltomatotomatoes
  • 1 tbsp 1tbspoil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Drain and flake the tuna. Dice the onion and crush the garlic. Add eggs, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, and spices. Grease a 9" x 9" square pan. Pour the mixture into the pan. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Top the mixture with tomatoes and a bit of oil. Pierce the tuna mixture so that the tomatoes can penetrate. Cover dish with aluminum foil. Cook for 30 minutes.
