Ingredients

    Marinade:
  • 1/2 cup 1/2cupSplenda® No Calorie Sweetener, Granular
  • 1-1/2 cups 1-1/2cupslight soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup 1/2cupsesame oil
  • 10 10cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup 1/2cupfresh ginger, chopped
  • 1/2 cup 1/2cupfresh lemongrass, chopped
  • 2 2medium green oniongreen onions, chopped
  • 4 4boneless skinless chicken breastboneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 20 20asparagus spearasparagus spears, trimmed

Preparation

Combine all marinade ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir well. Add chicken breasts and marinate seven hours or overnight.

Remove chicken breasts from marinade. Grill 10-15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Grill asparagus 3-4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
