Happy New Year: Get in Gear

[caption id="attachment_1302" align="aligncenter" width="472" caption="Shock Absorber's Run Bra"] Shock Absorber's Run Bra[/caption] New year, new attitude about the bod? Maybe. But before you get all freaked out about cutting 250 calories here and sweating off your nachos and beer there, take a moment and buy yourself a little something to get you motivated. You might as well wear something cute while you're suffering through lunges. So let's make like Oprah and talk bras. It goes without saying that we need support, but so many of them simulate support when they're really just compressing. As of late, I'm really into Shock Absorber bras. The U.K. based brand offers a range of bras designed for the demands of specific sports (jogging, boxing, tennis) all while wicking moisture and keeping pain, sagging (and possible permanent damage) at bay.  Available at The Bay, ranging from $57 to $69, depending on the style. Want to really see the damage you're doing to your bust? Go watch the Bouce-OMeter. Now. I promise you'll be clutching your chest in horror. For the next four weeks, I'm going to blab about my favourite items that make my downward dogs less agonizing and what helps me dread my jogs a teeny bit less.  And rather than sweat about your dress size, give this cool Body Age Quiz a whirl. Leave a comment below and tell me your workout essentials! I'm dying to know.
