Staff Tested: OPI & Serena Williams Nail Lacquer

[caption id="attachment_2618" align="aligncenter" width="140" caption="OPI nail lacquer in Pros & Bronze"] OPI nail lacque in Pros & Bronze[/caption] Confession: last summer I was introduced to the world of tennis and it's safe to say I'm now absolutely obsessed with the sport. The athletes are swoon-worthy, the gear is totally cute, and claiming you know how to swing a racquet can earn you some major chichi points. I mean, what's not to love, really? When I heard OPI and tennis superstar Serena Williams were releasing the final two nail lacquers of the 2011 Glam Slam! collection I knew I had to get my hands on them. The duo-pack features two shades (which can be worn alone, or layered): a shimmering red, Love is a Racket, and a glittering bronze, Pros & Bronze. I opted to try Pros & Bronze, a perfect metallic shade that will compliment a summer glow. The lacquer does on quite sheer, so if you're hoping to achieve an opaque look (like I was), three coats will be a bare minimum. But seriously, applying the extra few coats is so worth it, because the results are ultra flashy and fab. So, while I may not have a golden serve quite yet, at least I'll have my manicure to flaunt on the court! The duo-pack will be available beginning of August 2011 at professional salons and spas, and retails for $20.95.
