I get very red in the face every time I exercise, even when I am not forcing my body. My cheeks stay warm for hours afterwards. I am worried I am going to blow blood vessels. What can I do to minimize the redness?

Without an examination, one can’t tell for sure but I suspect that this may be rosacea. You can find rosacea information and pictures at www.RosaceaGuide.ca, including "what else looks like rosacea."
