What help is there for thinning hair? A transplant is to0 expensive and I need help.
You need to first find out if there is a cause to your thinning hair that can be treated.
If it is genetic, then topical 5% minoxidil may work. It usually works better in women than in men.
I would recommend you see a dermatologist to get an opinion about options.
