I get pimples and red skin on the backs and sides of my arms. How can I get rid of them?

It sounds like you may have keratosis pilaris, but you need to see your doctor for a diagnosis which can only be made by seeing the skin. You can read about it and see a picture by clicking here. If my guess is correct, then a product that contains lactic acid may be helpful. Richard Thomas, MD
