Is there a simple way to get rid of warts, especially on the face and neck?

Warts are viruses called Human Papilloma virus. Essentially they are eradicated when your immune system recognizes them and attacks them. Measures that physically destroy warts, such as liquid nitrogen and electrosurgery, are most commonly used but there is a risk of pigment changes or scarring. Lasers are used by some physicians. Other options include creams such as Retin A, which helps some patients, as does Aldara. You may need to see a dermatologist if it does not resolve itself.
