Is there a way to eliminate or fade brown pigment spots on the face?

Brown spots on the face can be caused by a number of different conditions; some are genetic and others are related to past sun exposure. If they are dark in colour you need to have them checked by your doctor. If these are the harmless type, there are creams such as vitamin A, vitamin C, and AHA creams that might help. You may also consider chemical peels. Depending on the type of brown marks, liquid nitrogen or lasers could also be used. Some types of brown spots can become cancerous, so you need to see your doctor to have them checked. It is important that you use sunscreen and long term sun protection is recommended.
