I have unwanted hairs on my chin. They grow very fast and I have been plucking for a long time. Now there are black spots in this area which are very prominent. I have a white complexion. What is the best way to get rid of these hairs and black spots?

I cannot tell you for sure what the black spots are. If the hairs are dark and your skin fair, laser treatments might be ideal. Electrolysis is another option. There is a very interesting new cream called Vaniqua. This will slow down hair growth and often make the problem much more managable. It is applied twice a day but can only be acquired with a prescription, so you should discuss it with your doctor. Best of luck Richard Thomas
