I had the chance to attend a special media event in New York City yesterday for the unveiling of Gain flings! -- a new single-use laundry detergent capsule from P&G that's guaranteed to make washing clothes a fun chore! The small capsule is power-packed, providing Gain detergent, OxiBoost, and the malodor removal of Febreze at one go -- a pretty good deal for those of us who struggle with the different stages of the washing cycle. A special musical treat for everyone The Braxton Sisters were also on hand to help launch the product yesterday, and guests were treated to a special performance by the one and only Grammy legend, Toni Braxton. Yes, this editor may have gotten a little starstruck, but can you blame me? Her Secrets album was the soundtrack to my awkward teen phase. (Cue traumatic memories of battled hearts and belting renditions of my favourite songs... from the shower.) I'm still getting over the fact that I got this close to her at the event.
