Reserve 2 tbsp each cucumber and chives; set aside. In food processor, purée broth, yogurt, avocados, basil, lemon juice, sriracha, and remaining cucumber and chives until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with shrimp, and reserved cucumber and chives. Serve immediately or refrigerate until cold.
