In colander, combine grated cucum­ber with coarse salt. Let stand for 15 minutes. Drain cucumber, press­ing down to extract as much liquid as possible. In large bowl, combine drained cucumber, minced garlic clove, plain Greek yogurt, sour cream, olive oil, chopped fresh dill, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
