These delicious biscuits are full of cheesy goodness. They are best served with just about any meal: breakfast, lunch, dinner or as a snack. They can be reheated in the microwave if you don't devour them right out of the pan.

MethodPreheat your oven to 400ºF. Combine 4 cups of bicuit or pancake mix with 3 cups of shredded Canadian cheddar cheese, 2-2/3 cups milk, 4 tbsp each melted butter and garlic powder in a large bowl. Mix well.
Put a nice rounded tablespoon of the dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 7 minutes.
Combine 1/3 cup butter, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp oregano and 1/2 tsp salt. Generously brush this mixture over top of each biscuit. Continue to bake for 10 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits begin to turn light brown. Serve warm. Makes 20-24 biscuits.
