Put on a serving plate, garnish with more basil leaves, parsley, and put crackers and slices of french baguette around it. You can increased the quantity to serve a bigger crowd, but you must also increase the time in the oven.

Mix together the olive oil, garlic and basil leaves. With a fork pierce the top of the cheese, pour the mixture of olive oil on top and let sit 30 min. Put into a 350ºF oven for about 5 to 7 min, the garlic must take a golden colour but the cheese must not run from the wheel. Garnish with more basil leaves and parsley, serve with crackers and french baguette slices. Enjoy.
