Halve 2 soft panini buns; spread with 2 tbsp (25 mL) bean spread.
Layer with first 1/3 cup (75 mL) Fontina cheese, ham, tomatoes, lettuce and then second 1/3 cup (75 mL) Fontina, then bun tops.
Cook in dry nonstick skillet over medium heat, pressing often and turning once, just until cheese melts.
