These stuffed mushroom caps are mouth-watering bites of delectable cheese. A real crowd pleaser, and so easy to whip together on short notice and the sky's the limit for the amount, it's however many you need for the number of guests you have over. For the purpose of this recipe I will say I'm serving 12 guests. Most people could eat a half dozen though easily!
