Here is an updated vrsion of the 60's classic,Tuna Noodle Casserole. Still a winner when it comes to flavour and easy preparation, the vegetables, herbs and salmon make this a flavourful change.
Revamp any salad with this homemade dressing, ready in a snap! This dressing is best served with pasta, potato or grilled vegetable salads.
This colourful salad is healthy, easy to prepare and has the "wow" factor when served at a dinner party. We love fish, living in the Maritimes, and I wanted to try something different with trout and this dish resulted. We enjoy serving it with locally made multgrain sourdough bread and a crisp white wine.
This all-in-one meal doubles easily for a larger family — just use a bigger saucepan. Any firm-fleshed fish is good; try grouper, halibut, salmon or cod.
