Method

In small bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp of the lemon juice, the oil, oregano, salt, pepper and sugar. Set aside.

In large bowl, toss apple slices with remaining lemon juice. Add lentils, celery and green onion. Pour in reserved dressing and toss to combine. Divide among romaine leaves.
