Method

Preheat oven to 375°F. Slice circle of crust from top of bread. Hollow out loaf to size of Brie round. Place loaf on baking sheet; set aside.

Slice removed crust and loaf into 1-inch cubes. In bowl, combine bread cubes and oil. Spread cubes on baking sheet around reserved loaf.

Cover bottom and sides of well in loaf with Cranberry Chutney, then insert Brie. Drizzle with white wine, if using. Sprinkle with thyme and rosemary. Season with pepper. 

Bake until cheese is hot and runny, 25 to 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
