Preheat barbecue to medium heat (about 350°F), lighting only one or two of the burners (in preparation for cooking over indirect heat); grease grill.
In skillet over medium heat, add bacon and cook until crispy, 5 to 7 minutes; drain on paper towel-lined plate. Let cool for a few minutes; roughly chop.
In large bowl, stir bacon, crab- meat, garlic, green onions, parsley, cream cheese, Cheddar, bread crumbs and hot sauce until well combined. Stuff jalapeño halves with mixture.
Place stuffed jalapeños, stuffed sides up, on grill. Close lid and cook until jalapeños are tender and cheese is golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped fresh curly parsley.
