Fig, Pancetta & Blue Cheese Canapés

Preheat oven to 400°F. In bowl, gently combine figs with honey; transfer to ovenproof dish. Bake until figs are lightly caramelized, about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, arrange pancetta strips on foil-lined baking sheet; bake until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate; crumble coarsely.

Spread cheese over baguette slices; broil until cheese is slightly melted, about 2 minutes. Top with pancetta and figs. Sprinkle with fleur de sel. Serve immediately.
