Fondue

In large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat; add onion, garlic, celery and oregano. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are very tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Add broths, canned tomatoes and Parmesan rind; season with salt and pepper.

Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer until liquid is reduced slightly, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove Parmesan rind. Pour liquid into fondue pot and set burner to medium-high heat. Garnish with basil.

Meanwhile, arrange sausages, tortellini, zucchini, red pepper, mozzarella, green beans, tomatoes and bread cubes on large platter for cooking and dipping in broth.
