Method

In bowl, stir together oil, vinegar, garlic, green onion, parsley, basil, rosemary, thyme, oregano and hot pepper flakes. Season lightly with salt and pepper. In glass jar, layer mari­ nade and cheese cubes, starting and ending with marinade. Top with lemon zest. Seal jar and refrigerate for 1 to 2 days.

Pour cheese and marinade into serving bowl. Serve with artisan crackers and olives.
