Method
In skillet, heat butter and oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until they release their moisture, 3 to 4 minutes. Add shallot and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are tender and liquid has evaporated, 3 to 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Spoon 2 to 3 tsp mushroom mixture on prepared Sweet Potato Crackers with Herb & Cheese Spread. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese shavings.
