Method

In bowl, using whisk, mix Date Purée, peanut butter and oil until mixture is smooth. Whisk in protein powder and cocoa powder. Using wooden spoon, mix in oats, puffed cereal and chia seeds; stir until thoroughly mixed. 

Preheat oven to 350°F; line baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread mixture on prepared baking sheet, pressing down firmly. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces. (Make-ahead: Can be stored in airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.)

Combine ingredients as indicated. Using hands, shape peanut butter and cocoa mixture into balls, about 1 tbsp at a time. Omit baking step. (Make-ahead: Can be stored in airtight container and refrigerated for up to 5 days.)
