MAKES 3 CUPS

Preheat oven to 350°F; line baking sheet with parchment paper. 

In bowl, mix Date Purée and oil. Add almonds, cashews, dried figs, cinnamon and fleur de sel; stir until well mixed. 

Spread mixture on prepared baking sheet. Bake, stirring every 5 minutes, until nuts are golden brown, 15 to 18 min­utes. Let cool completely. (Make-ahead: Can be stored in airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.)
