Seasonal Fruit & Vegetable Salad with Gin Vinaigrette

Gin is fantastic for sipping, but don’t stop there—it’s lovely in the kitchen, too.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, orange juice, gin, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, shallot, salt and pepper. Let stand for 10 minutes.


On large serving platter, arrange oranges, grapefruits, avocados, pears, cantaloupe, and kale. Drizzle vinaigrette over top. Scatter mint, bails, pomegranate seeds and cheese shavings over top.
