Preheat oven to 375°F. In bowl, using spatula, stir together cream cheese, Cheddar, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, green onion, hot sauce, dry mustard, seafood seasoning and nutmeg until smooth. Gently stir in crabmeat. Season with salt and pepper.
Scrape mixture into 9-inch round or square baking dish. Bake until heated through and bubbling around edge, about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with green onion, if using, and serve with tortilla chips.
